Cory Heydon
Lead singer / guitarist / harmonica player

Cory grew up on his family farm in Rudyard, Montana. At the young age of six he fell in love with music when he learned how to play the piano. This self-taught musician continued to follow his musical passion by learning to play the guitar and harmonica. While attending the University of Montana, Cory began performing as the opening act for many well-known musicians. After graduating, Cory took his music to a new level by releasing his first CD” The Cory Heydon Band” His first CD brought with it much recognition in the Missoula music community, including the #1 CD awarded by Missoulian Entertainment. Cory set out to explore some of the most musical cities in the country.

One of his first destinations was San Diego. In addition to San Diego, he once called Austin, TX and Nashville, TN home. It was in these three towns, while performing at multiple clubs and coffee houses, that he developed his unique sound and music style for which he is recognized today.

Since then he has performed as a Guest Entertainer for Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian cruise lines. It was this job that inspired his second CD release entitled “Live on the back of a big, big boat”. While playing on the cruise ship he found the next city he would call home, Key West, FL. After performing in many of the bars and clubs in Key West, he once again found himself performing live on the back of a boat. Six days a week Cory serenades the sun as it sets into the Gulf of Mexico, while sitting on the back of the Fury Catamaran.

Cory has played the club circuit around the Pacific Northwest for eight years, as well as touring in Europe. He has shared the stage with such names as Michael Martin Murphy, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Greg Brown, Matt Guitar Murphy, Greg Kihn, Hot Tuna John Gorka, and Pierce Pettis. He still resides in Key West, and balances his time between performing and writing.

Terry Wetmore
Drums

Terry Wetmore (drums, percussion and vocals), is a seasoned veteran of the Music Biz – but he remains unapologetic. Dropping out of college at 18 to tour the mid-west with pre-alt country bands, he bummed around Nashville until told “you’re too weird” by Lynn Anderson’s management. He moved to New Jersey and joined legendary swing jump R&B band “Blue

Sparks From Hell” with whom he toured the USA for 20 years and won the 1985 Best New Artist award from College Media Journal. He was then conscripted by Tony Bongiovi to serve in the trenches at world famous Power Station Studios in NYC creating records by Robert Gordon, young Jon Bon Jovi and anything else deemed sound-worthy. After Power Station’s demise, Terry joined Black 47 co-founder Chris Byrne in his critically acclaimed Irish hip hop project, Seanchai & the Unity Squad. Upon completing a lengthy residency at Rocky Sullivan’s in NYC, he finished his Seanchai run with a stint of major festivals in the US & Europe. Seeking a warmer, gentler environment, Terry moved to Key West, met Cory Heydon and drummed off into the sunset.
